Sunset on the bay

The southern Delaware seashore is a wonderful place. Years ago when our daughter was younger, we visited the area every year renting a home in Fenwick Island. This year the three of us rented an RV and spent a wonderful week at Delaware Seashore State Park. The RV park is a short walk from the beach. The beach does get a bit crowded but we always visit early mornings and late afternoons which we prefer and the crowds are not present. There is a bar and restaurant if that’s of interest. It’s a short drive to Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD. The RV park is a bit tight with close proximity to neighbors and the sites are short. We scored an end site on the bay side so we did not feel crowded. All of the people we met were friendly and polite.
